India and Oman: Joint S&T Programme (E)
India and Oman have agreed upon a programme of Scientific and Technological cooperation. On March 23rd , both countries signed a document in this regard. The bilateral meeting was attended by the Union Minister of External Affairs-Dr. S. Jaishankar, and the Foreign Minister of Oman-Syed Badr Albusaidi. The POC document was signed by Secretary, Department of Science and Technology, on GOI’s behalf.
