Discovery Campus (E)
Another state-of-the-art research facility campus will soon start functioning in the country. On 14th February, Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for the IIT Madras project & Discovery Campus. This satellite campus, being built on about 163 acres in Thaiyur near Chennai, will cater to the future needs of the science and technology sector.
