Corona Warrior-UAV - Vaccine Delivery Service (E)
Unmanned aerial vehicles or drones are now also being used as Corona Warriors to combat the pandemic of COVID-19. The Union Minister of Science and Technology and Earth Sciences, Dr. Jitendra Singh recently launched a pilot project for the air delivery of the Covid-19 vaccine in the undulating landscape of Jammu using a very special Octa-Copter Drone . Developed by the CSIR-National Aerospace Laboratories, Bengaluru, this indigenous drone will prove to be very helpful in taking missions like vaccination to the last citizen of the country.
